The face is beautiful done. I love pixel art, so I just love the whole look of this. Her anatomy is almost perfect, just a few things look a little awkward.
Her right leg (our left) is off. Her calf should be aligned with her thigh, but it seems to go off and twist completely on it's own. I think if it were turned to the right like the other leg (as opposed to being turn towards us, like it is) I think it would look more natural. The other leg is fine.
Her abdomen seems a little long, but I may just be nitpicking
Lastly, I don't fully understand her pose. What is she sitting on that her bum would be slightly higher off the ground than her feet? It seems like her feet and her bum should be more level.
Other than that, I think this is really great, and I'm sure that whoever commissioned this will be pleased! Keep up the good work!
